To celebrate 60 years of Grand Prix racing, Yamaha has created the exclusive R7 World GP 60th Anniversary with the iconic white and red speed block colour scheme. With just 400 miles, the paintwork remains free from any stone chips or blemishes.

 

First registered on 9th April 2022, this R7 has covered minimal mileage from new. Covered under Yamaha warranty until April 2024, this example is ready to be used and enjoyed with worry-free riding. Accompanying the history file are all handbooks and owners wallets, two keys plus the red master key. It is of course HPI clear with certificate available upon request.

 

In 2022, Yamaha launched the R7.  It used the same parallel twin found in the MT-07, but that is where the similarities end. A re-designed chassis with more frame rigidity, a steeper head angle, new inverted forks, revised shock and brakes, along with dramatic styling are all new to the R7.

 

Yamaha’s debut in Grand Prix racing started with the French GP in 1961, with the teams first World Championship victory following just 3 years later. The R7 World GP 60th Anniversary’s iconic graphics and special 60th anniversary emblem – combined with a red front fender, yellow front plate and gold coloured wheels – embodies 60 years of GP racing, celebrating the famous race bikes and riders that have helped to make Yamaha what it is today.
