We are so excited to offer for sale this delightful little NC30. Super eye-catching finished in Joey Dunlop replica livery, this example turns heads wherever it goes. Standard road fairings are also available, should the next owner choose to revert it back to VFR livery, however we love the uniqueness surrounding its current guise! Bodywork is immaculate and does not show any stone chips, scuffs or marks.
Having covered a modest 24,775 miles, this NC30 is an evidently very well-looked-after example that bursts into life on start up and settles to a smooth, steady idle. Power delivery is positive and progressive, whilst tyres and brakes all remain in excellent condition. It has a daylight MOT with no advisories until 27th May 2024, and is HPI clear with certificate. There are two keys.
Back in 1986 the first Honda VFR 400 was produced. It was set to replace the VF400F and was designated the title NC21. Little did Honda know at the time that the bike originally intended for the Japanese domestic market would become an icon in its own right across the world. It was the 3rd generation Honda VFR 400 NC30 that would capture the world’s imagination and be sold outside the Japanese market, particularly into Britain and Europe.
It now has a hardcore fanbase who treat the model as a scaled-down version of a the iconic RC30. This is a true 90’s Honda, an appreciating classic through and through. It is big, boxy, and purposeful in its design - It is a road bike with racing DNA, further complimented by this incredible Dunlop livery. You really can’t get much cooler in this price range. It’s ready to be used, admired and enjoyed over the coming summer months… We’ll be sorry to see it go!
